Illustrations: Badi Boda (“bigger than the biggest”)
This illustration underwent a bit of changes from the original drawing . . .
In the middle of it is a life-sized drawing done by our teacher in his later years, which amongst others adorns the walls of the celebration hall in Kashmir.
This is the accepted version of the illustration…
The story tells of how Swamiji as a kid was asked by teacher what he sees when he is in meditation. His reply was, “Badi Boda”, which means in Kashmiri, “bigger than the biggest”.
“While talking to his friends or elders, if he had to take an oath, he would swear by “Badi Boda”. He feld “Badi Boda” was the ultimate truth and reality of life.”
