Been busy preparing for the event (“a night of devotion”), working on website, updating statement. I had taken Alyson Stanfield’s advice and written snippet of my thoughts about my art down over the last month, now basically just need to put them together, but…. Today stole myself away from the dreaded writing about my art and started some new paintings, aahh!
Settling back into my studio in LA all right, though still jet-lagged and gotten off on the wrong start by staying up all night. It’s kind of a mixed blessing cause it’s nice to be up in the undisturbed quietness of the night but then I miss the glorious early mornings.
