Claudia is so calm and there are literally NO expectations for what’s supposed to happen

Today, I attended Claudia’s intuitive art event for the first time and it was truly relaxing and easy and inspiring.

The holidays can feel frenzied and frenetic, even if I’m not really busy. There’s a sense of expectation and inner demands that can feel draining sometimes.

I try to be a little counter-culture by going slower and meditating a little more. So this art class was the perfect fit for me today.

Claudia is so calm and there are literally NO expectations for what’s supposed to happen.

It’s all about PROCESS, not outcome.

And you can’t do it wrong.
